once upon a time

Once upon a time, in the Land of Luce, there was a girl who loved to tell stories. Her fair sister and two twin dolls were all the audience her heart could desire, and it was to these adoring three that she spun her princess fairy tales . The girl was long winded and her stories sometimes seemed as if they would never reach an end, so her kind and wise mother edited story hour to a more manageable three minutes.

OK, that is one of the sweetest things I've seen in a long time. She is quite the story teller and her voice!...As a music teacher, I'd say you have a potential star there!

"That is not a lovely name- that is a weird name..."; "Hmmmm, where was I"-- these among others are my favorite! So fun...can't wait till Norah is saying crazy things as well. Adrienne is just too cute-- a happy little duck! :) Thanks for sharing. I laughed out loud several times.

She has another audience member. My son BOLTED across the room, and watched the ENTIRE "story reading time"!!!! He LOVED it, so did I. So glad you have memories like this caught on tape!!!

I HAD to comment after that adorable video!!! It just makes me long for the days when my children were little again! I don't think I cherished those days near enough, and now, I just want to stop time sometimes b/c it seems to be racing at breakneck speed! =) Enjoy, cherish, remember . . . I know you're doing all that! God is so so good :)
