Marlee

There are some days when having a dog seems like a great thing. And then there are others when you come home to something like this, and all the days where it seemed great no longer matter.

Have I ever told you that our dog's name is Marlee? It really is. Long before there was a book or a movie, we had Marlee, and as it turns out, she lives up to the name.

UGH! What a mess. Of all of the trash in the house to get into it had to be the diapers. Please show us a picture of your cuddly little (or big) mess maker. I have a two year little girl that fulfills the roll of puppy in our house just fine. Funny thing is as I was typing the above sentence she came out crawling on all fours and with her tongue sticking out. She is also loves to cuddle and has gone through biting stages so for now she is the only puppy we have in our lives and although she is potty trained she still makes lots of other big messes. HAHA

Oh Angie, I can totally sympathize!! They make you so mad when they do that. I keep trying to tell myself to laugh instead of steaming. We will see if it ever works!

I've been following your blog for a while now, but this is the first time I've posted. This reminds me so much of our dog, Bella. I have 5 month old twins and Bella loves to take off with their bibs and burp cloths, or anything that has their spit up on it. She also has gotten a hold of a couple of diapers recently. Don't feel alone. I think the things that come out of our precious babies bring out the devil in our dogs.

I have come home to something very similiar. It takes all you have not to kill the dog. . . . and I love my dog A LOT!

One of my best friends had a dog who did this every time he didn't get locked up when they left their home. Her husband was deployed to Afganistan and the dog then started having "accidents". The vet said it was jealousy over their baby. She ended up finding the dog a new home without any babies!

I think it's a great reminder of why I don't want a dog right now! lol
